We highly recommed sending us a photo that is taken under natural lighting in high quality. Your photo should have a 300 dpi resolution or higher.

Our sizes vary depending on which portrait type you purchase, but always ranges between 8x10, 12x16 16x24, and 20x30.

This option is for those who do not want to receive a physical product and would just prefer to have the artwork sent to them digitally.

All our portraits are made specifically for you. We unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds, expect in the case of a damaged portrait.

If you received your portrait damaged, we are so sorry! Let us know within 30 days upon receiving your package and we will remake or refund your order.

You are able to purchase a gift card on our gift card page. We offer gift cards in increments of $25 starting at $25 to $150. Upon purchase we will immediately send a digital gift card to the email you provided.

To properly design your order, delivery of your portrait will take about 10 business days or two weeks.

We charge taxes for orders with a Texas billing address. International orders may be subject to tariffs. Tariffs are typically assessed upon arrival of the order, which the customer is responsible for paying. Portraits By Us will not pay any tariffs or taxes assessed to our customers. Any packages refused by the customer will not refunded.
