At PortraitsByUs, every piece we create is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our artwork, all sales are final.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your print arrives with a printing defect or damage, we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- You must notify us within 30 days of delivery
- The issue must be related to a defect in printing or production
- Supporting photos may be requested to help us assess the issue
Once confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund for the defective item.
What We Do Not Accept
- Returns or refunds for non-defective items
- Changes of mind or preference after delivery
- Issues reported after 30 days from delivery
Because each portrait is custom-created, we are unable to accept returns outside of manufacturing defects.
